Softrams is pleased to be awarded a new contract by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) with their Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Security Center (ISC). The OCIO provides leadership in the development, implementation, and management of security solutions into the everyday business of the Department to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of USDA data and information systems. The ISC monitors and protects USDA’s systems by keeping abreast of new threats to both existing and new technologies and continually monitors the USDA enterprise to ensure a secure environment. It is responsible for enterprise-wide planning, implementation, management, and maintenance of USDA Cybersecurity and IT programs.

Softrams is geared up for the ISC partnership in providing cyber security support for EndPoint Management (Tanium), Infrastructure Network Operations, and Vulnerability Operations. With this USDA win, Softrams strengthens its support for the federal sector security and operations, improving operational quality through detailed reporting and metrics.  

As Softrams continues to expand its workforce, operations, and influence in the public and private sector; it ranked number 62 by Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Private Firms in the Washington Metropolitan. Additionally, we made the Washington Business Journal’s list of 75 fastest growing companies and were named to the list of NXT UP firms poised to make big waves in the years ahead.
