Softrams Earns Top Workplaces 2024 USA Award
Softrams has earned the 2024 Top Workplaces USA award from Energage, an organization dedicated to building and branding top workplaces. This accolade has a 15-year history of surveying over 20 million employees in the United States and recognizes leading organizations across 60 markets.
The Top Workplaces USA award honors organizations with more than 150 employees that excel in cultivating great cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the survey, and winners were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through Energage’s engagement survey.
